Student Employment Opportunities
Not interested in working on campus? A portion of our annual work-study budget is used to fund community-based work-study. These positions are funded by Naropa but allow you to work in the community, primarily with children and disadvantaged persons. Gain highly relevant experience while still receiving your financial aid.
Naropa offers a variety of graduate assistantships, including administrative, teaching, and research opportunities. Graduate Assistantships provide an opportunity to gain valuable skills within the student's field while also earning a monthly stipend, as well as a scholarship to be used toward tuition. All assistantships require that students have financial need, as exhibited by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or International Financial Aid Application.
Career Services assists students and alumni in making meaningful academic and career decisions. The Career Services Coordinator can help you explore your values, interests, skills, and talents; identify potential academic and career paths; develop internship and job search strategies; plan your graduate school or other educational application processes; learn to write effective cover letters and resumés; and prepare for the interview process. The office also posts current job openings on the student employment listserv and on the job board in the Administration Building every Tuesday and Friday. For more information, please contact Sarah Steward, Career Services Coordinator, at 303.245.4863 or sstewardAT_naropa.edu.
