Spring 2011

The Spring 2011 issue of the Turning Leaf includes invigorating updates on alumni, faculty, staff, and students.  It also offers a quick look at the blossoming permaculture program at Naropa, with an introduction to the new permaculture instructor.  Check out the new growth Environmental Studies department at Naropa!

Fall 2010

Fall 2010 was full of changes for ENV faculty, staff, and students. This semester's issue of The Turning Leaf takes you through an introduction of new faces and farewell to a familiar one. Also, review this year's Sustainability Day, complete with seasonal recipes! As well as, a look into ENV 250, Solo Retreat, and Anne Parker's most recent Sabbatical overview: Pilgrim Returns. Plus much more.

Fall 2009

This issue is full of exciting alumni updates, departmental staff changes, student news and the introduction to two new student groups, as well as beautiful art and poetry from some of Naropa's staff and students.

Spring 2009

This issue is especially rich with alumni stories and the MA Applied Leadership Projects. Core faculty Sherry Ellms highlights her journey to Thailand and fascinating encounter with rehabilitated elephants.

Fall 2008

In addition to news about our faculty, students and alumni, the fall 2008 edition highlights the building of the university's greenhouse, Naropa's campus-wide Sustainability Day celebration, a book review and helpful green-living tips.
