My counseling style integrates mindfulness-based counseling with experiential approaches such as EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, Jungian dreamwork and active imagination.

I offer counseling and psychotherapy with individuals and couples - working with trauma, PTSD and traumatic stress, relationship issues, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, life transition, grief, and spiritual development.  I also offer relationship coaching and men's mentoring and coaching.
