Irini Rockwell, MA is a coach for personal and professional development using the five wisdom energies as a primary frame of reference. Her background is in the arts, contemplative psychotherapy and leadership training. She is author of The Five Wisdom Energies, a Buddhist Way of Understanding Personalities, Emotions, and Relationships. As director and principal trainer of the Five Wisdoms Institute she travels internationally with Five Wisdoms @ Work, a professional development training. She is a senior teacher in the Shambhala International community.
