Mary has over 12 years of professional practice working with adults, adolescents, and couples on a wide variety of issues. She holds a license as a professional counselor and is certified as an addictions counselor in the state of Colorado. She believes that each of us carry within the wisdom we need to create joyful lives, even though there are times when we are not able to access that wisdom. She sees psychotherapy a co-created journey between client and therapist where curiosity, mindfulness, courage, and commitment help make that inner wisdom more clear. Mary uses an eclectic mix of psychotherapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, gestalt, art, spiritual awareness and meditation, to help clients re-connect with the truth within themselves and take steps toward creating more fulfilling lives.
