Maitri Coaching Services
Thetford Center, Vermont 05075
I work with individual clients to help them achieve results and sustain life-changing
behavior in their lives and career. In my practice, the client and I are equal partners,
with a focus on what the client wants. All human beings are resourceful, creative
and whole; therefore, I address the whole person - body, mind and spirit - with an
emphasis on producing action and uncovering learning that can lead to more fulfillment,
more balance and a more effective process for living and realizing their potential.
The word "Maitri" creates the foundation and intention for my work with others.
Maitri is a Tibetan word that translates into loving kindness toward self and others.
Maitri is an attitude of friendliness and acceptance. My work is to remind and teach
clients to pay kind attention to the essence of who they are and to work with that
essence rather than against it. Working with a dynamic toolbox of ideas, teachings,
previous education and a great interest and passion for others, my work with clients
offers great value, transformation and great insight into who they are and how they
want to be in the world. I love coaching because I work with people who are ready
to do their work and ready to take action towards transformation and insight into
their lives. The relationship between my clients and I creates a synergy that produces
accelerated growth and learning for my clients. I love witnessing their transformation
into the person they want to be.
