As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor III, I help people move their lives forward by resolving the barriers blocking life goals by utilizing the power of individual, group, and family psychotherapy. My clinical training is a blend of Psychoanalytic, Humanistic, and Eastern mindfulness practices. I've been heavily influenced by the current research in neuroscience and attachment. My approach focuses on how the issues presented by the person show up in the therapeutic relationship with me and how the person tends to get in his or her own way.
