My work in counseling and psychotherapy is directed at working with clients experiencing real issues, and supporting clients through those stuck places and struggles we all find ourselves in. My theoretical view is grounded in the transpersonal, humanistic, experiential, and developmental psychologies. I utilize a comfortable office space in Boulder, or for clients that choose it, the wilder natural places around Boulder. I believe in deeply exploring how clients want/need to be supported and tailoring therapeutic experiences that truly fit. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who need support through transitions, grief/loss, difficult relationships, destructive patterns of behavior, and a variety of mental health issues.
