As a Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner and graduate of the MA Contemplative Psychology Department I approach my work from the point of view of basic goodness; the basic sanity that is within us all. I have a specialty working with trauma and abuse, and use traditional talk therapy and the tools of EMDR and brainspotting to help integrate trauma and help my clients discover their inherent sanity, wakefulness and wisdom. As a Shambhala/Buddhist meditation instruction and as a sadhaka practitioner, I bring an understanding and respect for individual spiritual path's and how they support and inform our healing. I work with children and adolescents as well as adults. I offer a 20% discount to Naropa staff, faculty and students.
