I specialize in grief, loss, and life transitions, including loss of a loved one, death & dying, pregnancy loss, pet loss, personal empowerment, illness, divorce, and relationship issues. My approach to grief work is to sit with, and deeply witness, each individual journey including the “messiness” and sadness of grief. 
I accompany each person through the pain and difficulties while holding the belief that growth and new life is possible within each loss experience. I work with teens, adults, elders, couples, and groups.
