Exceptions

Building use outside of the hours posted here must be supervised by staff or core faculty. If you have questions about exceptions to building hours, please contact your academic department’s administrator.

Academic classes and any special events, conferences, etc., falling outside these hours need to be approved BEFORE the events are publicized. Otherwise, the request may be denied and buildings may not be accessible.

NOTE: Saturday, December 13 is the first day of Intersession. Buildings will be closed except for those in use for the ceremony honoring fall graduates, by arrangement with Safety & Security.
