How to Apply For University Housing

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of openings will be held after the May 1 admissions deposit deadline for people who have yet to be packaged for financial aid and are in progress. Housing deposits will only be refunded if you choose to withdraw your application by May 15. Housing and Naropa Café meal plan charges will be added to your Naropa University bill. Thus, the balance is due when your tuition is due. The initial deposit, however, must be paid in order to hold your spot.

1. You must be accepted by the Admission Department as a full-time student for the fall semester.
2. Submit admissions deposit: $250
3. Fill out, sign and return Application for University Housing.
4. Submit initial housing deposit ($300) and activities fee ($125). Please make checks payable to "Naropa University." You can also call the director of housing at 303-447-3846 to pay by credit card. There is an additional 2% fee if you choose this payment method.
5. Lease agreement signed and completed by May 15 or within two weeks of placement if placed after the May 15 deadline. The lease will be mailed to you when your housing placement is confirmed.
6. Application for University Housing, initial housing deposit and meal plan form can be mailed to:

It is essential that you include "University Housing" in the address to insure your selection form and deposit are received.
