Imagine that!! This place is really magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood in south/west boulder, there is a fireplace, and it is beautifully, colorfully decorated. The room available is the biggest one in the house, with a private bathroom and a sliding glass door to the outside open space. Everyone who comes to visit exclaims at how peaceful and lovely this home is.

The rent includes fully furnished basement apartment (bedding included) with queen bed, desk and adjoining 16 x 20 office area with table, desk and shelving and private bath (towels included).  DSL, cable, electricity, water, heat, WD, DW, phone (not long distance) included.  No pets and no smoking allowed. $500 deposit is not negotiable and must be paid at moves in.  This rate is for a single person.  For a couple, the rent will be $1200 per month.  Lease options vary from 3 mos to 1 year.
