How do I ship boxes to my son or daughter?
Please do not send things ahead of time. Please schedule the boxes to come via Fed Ex or UPS August 14 or 15 and have your student bring what he or she needs until then. We do not have the capacity to receive boxes in the office at this time and the building is officially closed before move-in day. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Should I send my payment for the full semester of housing now?
No. Your housing charges (including the student activities fee) will be billed with your tuition and due at that time.
When can my son or daughter move in?
Students may check in Friday, August 14 (8 a.m.–12 p.m. or 2–5 p.m; Note: no move-in 12–2 p.m.) or Saturday, August 15 (8 a.m.–12 p.m. or 1–2 p.m. Note: no move-in 12–1 p.m.). Please call or email (housingadmin@naropa.edu) to confirm which day and time you wish to move in. |
