Records and Privacy Rights

Students should be aware of their rights to the privacy of their records by reviewing the information on FERPA, the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act. On that page, you will find two forms that allow you to either allow another person to view your records, or to restrict any of your public information (if you are enrolled, when you graduated with what degree and a few other items) from being viewed. If you wish, you may complete those forms and return them to the address or fax below.

On the same page, you will also find information on ordering transcripts, changing your address and other important information on your records.

Important: Please complete this Emergency Contact Form and return it to the address or fax below. This is required for all new students.
