To enhance the process of transformation, Naropa University Extended Studies has developed workshops, course series and interdisciplinary approaches to the topics featured this spring and summer. To address the topic of health, nutrition and body image, for example, we invited Scott Ohlgren to teach about cellular cleansing. Martha Peacock and Myrna Castaline bring you two different approaches to body image. Similarly, we explore Reggie Ray's new work on Buddhism and Shamanism, as well as two Indigenous American perspectives through offerings by Oscar Miro-Quesada and Elena Avila.
