Doug Dupler is the author of Conserving the Environment, and Energy: Shortage, Glut, or Enough? He has published numerous articles on environmental issues, holistic medicine, the sciences, and literature. He has worked as a wilderness surveyor and management consultant. Doug has taught environmental studies, literature and writing, economics, and math at several universities and colleges. His interests include the history of the environmental movement, the economics of sustainability, integral ecology, ecocriticism, and writing as activism.
