Michelle is a native of Yorkshire, England. Michelle received an Honours degree in Physics at the University of Durham, England, followed by a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She has taught in Schools in England and Scotland. For many years she was an “ Executive Homemaker” raising her 4 children.

She earned her M. Div. at the Iliff School of Theology, Denver, and has a Certificate in Christian Spirituality from The General Theological Seminary, NYC. where she was the Parish Spiritual Director for a large parish in Manhattan.

Michelle is also a trained Labyrinth Facilitator, and is currently doing further studies in Spiritual Direction with The Haden Institute in North Carolina, focusing on Jungian Psychology, dream analysis, and Contemplative Spirituality.

Michelle believes in lifetime Spiritual Formation. She is an Episcopal Priest, Spiritual Director, Retreat Leader, and Educator. She is Co Coordinator for Contemplative Outreach of Boulder County and Co-founder of the Contemplative Beehive of Boulder Valley.

Michelle has completed 6 years on the Board of Spiritual Direction Colorado (SDCO), and has accepted the call to be Chaplain to The Daughters of the King (DOK) in Colorado. She currently works as a Supply Priest, has a private practice of Spiritual Direction, called “Living Well”, and is on the faculty of the Benedictine Spiritual Formation Program, (BSFP) based out of Benet Hills Monastery, Colorado Springs, forming people to be Spiritual Directors.
