Reed Bye’s most recent book is Join the Planets: New and Selected Poems (United Artists Books, 2005). Other published works include Passing Freaks and Graces, Gaspar Still in His Cage, and a CD of original songs, Long Way Around. A new CD, Only Imagination, is in the works. His writing has appeared in a number of anthologies, including Nice to See You: Homage to Ted Berrigan, Sleeping on the Wing, and Civil Disobediences. He is currently working on a critical study of the prosody of Gertrude Stein, Ezra Pound, and William Carlos Williams, and has completed a new book of poems, Catching On.
