Naropa University’s MFA in Contemporary Performance Presents 17 Original Works Hosted by Naropa University on the Arapahoe and Nalanda Campuses

BOULDER, Colo. (February 5, 2007)— Naropa University’s MFA in Contemporary Performance showcases 17 original works created by graduating students. Performances will take place February through May 2007. Locations vary – see below.

Performances include “Chaos on the Camino Real: An Experiment,” which explores Tennessee Williams’ “Camino Real” between the lines of the text, “This Thing of Darkness: the Origin of Geometry,” where three individuals explore the Dharma of Shakespeare’s “The Tempest,” and “Whole, some” & “Amuse-bouche,” which centers around a dance-based rant and a “sweet morsel of song from an easy-bake oven.”

All shows are $7 for the general public, free to all Naropa staff and faculty, students with ID, and seniors.  For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the Naropa box office at 303-245-4798.
