Brian Evenson is the author of eight books of fiction, most recently The Open Curtain. He has received two O. Henry Prizes, an NEA Fellowship, a Howard Foundation Grant, among other awards. He is a Senior Editor for Conjunctions Magazine and directs the creative writing program at Brown University.
