Housing

Weekly housing is available for SWP students at Snow Lion. Housing is available for one, two, three or all four weeks of the SWP.

Snow Lion is located four residential blocks from the 2130 Arapahoe Campus. We have one and two bedroom apartments available. Each unit includes a kitchen, full bath, dining area and living room. Each student is provided with an extra long twin bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and closet. The apartments also include a kitchen table and chairs. Common areas have a couch and coffee table.

Individual phone service within apartments is not provided; however, a 1-800 line (for local calls, emergency numbers and calling cards) exists in the community space. High-speed wireless Internet is provided. Linens are also provided. The complex includes free parking, coin-op laundry facility, a small community meeting space and classroom, and meditation room. Three staff members also reside within the Snow Lion Community.

Reservations
All rooms are rented on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday), early or late departures are not permitted. To make a reservation using your credit card, please call the University Housing Office after April 15 at 303-447-3846

Housing Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

At least 30 days prior to the program week: Full refund less $25 cancellation fee

14–29 days prior to the first program week: 50% refund

7–13 days prior to program week: 25% refund

Less than 7 days prior to program week or after occupancy: No refund

No credit will be given for missed nights (late arrival, early departure)

Snow Lion Apartment Complex is an alcohol- and drug-free zone. Please do not bring or use alcohol or drugs in the building or on the property.
