Wellness

We focus on Well-Being. Weekly activities & seasonal trainings inspire & empower personal & collective thriving.

We define wellness as the condition of being relatively at ease and capable of facing & responding to the world with a measure of courage, compassion, and skill.  Humans tend to strive toward wellness, yet our wellness fluctuates and is influenced by both inner and outer conditions.

Campus Community Offerings

Our approach to wellness is one that is university-wide, community, and prevention based. We train students, faculty, and staff around mental health prevention and intervention to help our community members thrive.

We provide weekly offerings on a variety of topics related to mental health and well-being. Some of our regular weekly wellness activities include acudetox/acuwellness and biofeedback. We also provide seasonal workshops and events that may include topics such as suicide prevention, stress and emotional regulation, self-compassion, and secondary trauma and resilience.
