March 15-17th // Weekend Wisdom Intensive // Live Online & In-Person
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and communal connection during this Weekend Wisdom Intensive led by mindfulness author, healer, and spiritual teacher, Brenda Salgado.
Rooted in her Nicaraguan heritage and enriched by her training in Toltec spirituality, Brenda will invite participants to explore a profound vision for engaging with our ancestors and ancestral heritage, strengthening our bonds with one another, and forming a deeper relationship with the earth and its energies. Through a rich tapestry of lectures, guided contemplative practices, and open dialogues, Brenda will help us find our own center in the sacred calendar, and personal healing in the circle of life.
This Intensive will unfold over the weekend, with a standalone Friday evening talk focused on the healing of humanity at large, and in-depth day-long sessions on Saturday and Sunday for those seeking a more comprehensive experience.
This program is offered in person and live online via Zoom.
