Apply for Housing

We are excited you are choosing to live with us on-campus! Please complete this housing application form. Your rent for the semester and activities fee will be included with your tuition bill. In order to complete the housing process:

  • Be a full-time registered student (12 credit hours per semester for undergraduates, 9 credit hours per semester for graduate students)
  • Pay the nonrefundable housing deposit ($300) which will be held for the extent of your stay in on-campus housing. This housing deposit will become available to pay after July 1st for Fall applicants, and December 1st for Spring applicants.

You can also pay by phone with a credit card by calling the Tuition Cashier at 303-546-3554.

Your housing deposit will be refunded if you decide not to attend Naropa or if you decide not to live in on-campus housing if you notify housing by December 15th for Spring Housing Applications and August 1st for Fall Housing Applications. If you do not show up on move-in day or do not contact us regarding your change of housing plans prior to this date, your deposit will be forfeited.

A housing confirmation packet will be emailed to you during the summer. This confirmation packet will provide you with more details to prepare and support you in planning for move-in day.

Naropa Campuses Closed on Friday, March 15, 2024

Due to adverse weather conditions, all Naropa campuses will be closed Friday, March 15, 2024.  All classes that require a physical presence on campus will be canceled. All online and low-residency programs are to meet as scheduled.

Based on the current weather forecast, the Healing with the Ancestors Talk & Breeze of Simplicity program scheduled for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be held as planned.

Staff that do not work remotely or are scheduled to work on campus, can work remotely. Staff that routinely work remotely are expected to continue to do so.

As a reminder, notifications will be sent by e-mail and the LiveSafe app.  

Regardless of Naropa University’s decision, if you ever believe the weather conditions are unsafe, please contact your supervisor and professors.  Naropa University trusts you to make thoughtful and wise decisions based on the conditions and situation in which you find yourself in.
