Emma Walford began her career at Naropa University as the Director of Student Accountability and Advocacy in October 2023 where she oversees case management for the CARE team, Student Accountability (Student Conduct), and serves in the role of a Deputy Title IX Coordinator. She is originally from England, United Kingdom, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology with Criminology and Master’s in Forensic Mental Health from Nottingham Trent University. She originally worked in offender rehabilitation for the UK Ministry of Justice under the National Probation Service, before relocating to the United States on an employment visa sponsorship to work as a Prevention/Supportive Measures Specialist for Utah State University to prevention sexual misconduct and discrimination, before coming to Naropa.
