Official transcripts can be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse for physical or electronic delivery. If you have questions or run into issues with the order form, please contact registration@naropa.edu.

Current students can access their unofficial transcript in Self-Service using the following path:

MyNaropa > Self-Service > Academics > Unofficial Transcript

If you have any trouble accessing your unofficial transcript, please contact registration@naropa.edu

Alumnx who no longer have access to MyNaropa must email registration@naropa.edu to obtain a copy of their unofficial transcript. Please include your full name, date of birth, whether you were an undergraduate or graduate student, and the approximate years of attendance in your email request.

To order a copy of your diploma, please fill out our Diploma Reprint Request Form. 

An Apostille authenticates the seals and signatures of officials on public documents so that they can be recognized in foreign countries that are part of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. You can find more information on how to obtain an Apostille here. If your country is not included, you can still obtain an Authentication Certificate through the U.S. Department of State. You can find more information on the process and requirements here. 

Naropa University is unable to provide Apostille services at this time. If you have questions, please contact registration@naropa.edu  

To update your legal name across Naropa systems, please fill out our Legal Name Change Form. You must include a copy of your social security card and one other form of legal identification, both bearing your current legal name. 

Current students can update their preferred/chosen name by going to Self-Service>User Options>User Profile>Edit Personal Information

Naropa Campuses Closed on Friday, March 15, 2024

Due to adverse weather conditions, all Naropa campuses will be closed Friday, March 15, 2024.  All classes that require a physical presence on campus will be canceled. All online and low-residency programs are to meet as scheduled.

Based on the current weather forecast, the Healing with the Ancestors Talk & Breeze of Simplicity program scheduled for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be held as planned.

Staff that do not work remotely or are scheduled to work on campus, can work remotely. Staff that routinely work remotely are expected to continue to do so.

As a reminder, notifications will be sent by e-mail and the LiveSafe app.  

Regardless of Naropa University’s decision, if you ever believe the weather conditions are unsafe, please contact your supervisor and professors.  Naropa University trusts you to make thoughtful and wise decisions based on the conditions and situation in which you find yourself in.
